Shop Policies

Shipping:

USPS used. We use the shipping method that will ensure the item arrives in a timely and monetarily efficient manner.  You can get expidited shipping at an extra charge.  Please contact us for information on this.

Returns:

 We gladly accept all returns.  If the item is being returned due to damage in shipping or incorrect customization, our shop will pay the return shipping.  All items must be recieved in the same condition they arrived in. We will then work with the customer on how they want to be compensated for the item (replacement, refund, etc). Please note, if the customer approved the item before it was shipped, then they may be asked tol pay the return shipping.

If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer is to pay the return shipping.  All resellable items are refunded 100%.  For some returns, that are not resellable, there may be a fee.  An item considered invalid for resale would be something like a t-shirt made with your dog's name on it.  However, since customers approve the customized item before it ships, we have yet to have this happen in the 7 years we have been in business. 

  

Our items are not made until ordered. How quickly they will be shipped depends on the amount of orders ahead of you.  If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we can probably work something out.
